We are looking for dependable, positive, creative and eager individuals to join our Raindrop Early Learning Center team. If this is you, we would love to have you work with us! 

We have a great environment with witty kids, and a delightful hands-on staff that is supported by a great management team! Full & part time positions available, and flexible schedules: Hours vary between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

We are happy to train the right candidate and assist with ECE Courses. If you are ready to make an impact in the lives of children in your community, come join the Raindrop team!

We also offer:

Free Degree Program

• We offer up to 80% paid tuition for full-time* teachers to earn their Associates or Bachelor’s degree in early education. All Raindrop teachers also have the opportunity to earn their CDA for free.

Child Care Discount

• Full-time teachers and support staff at Raindrop can receive up to 100% discount for your own children attending our Center.

**Flexible Scheduling**

• Working with the Center Director, you can create a schedule that fits your needs. Part-time and full-time openings are available.
